Make sure you scroll down to read the very interesting interview with Jimmy Holiday, Exorcist Extraordinaire
Finding the truth can sometimes be harder than exorcising a demon…
Jimmy Holiday, defrocked priest- turned- exorcist, is trying to make sense of his life. With his on-again-off-again witchy girlfriend moving in, Lucy- the spirit from his last exorcism hanging around, and a secret organization of exorcists hounding him, Jimmy is feeling the stress.
When a stranger calls in the middle of the night asking for help with a possession, Jimmy is puzzled. Especially when the dude on the phone says he got his number from Jimmy’s old mentor. Too bad his mentor has been dead for several years.
After a mysterious silver flask arrives at his doorstep, Jimmy is left with two options: either ignore the phone call and the flask, or listen to Lucy and travel to Arizona to solve the mystery before all hell breaks loose- literally.

I’d like to introduce, Jimmy Holiday. Now, Mr. Holiday, what is your biggest fear?
Jimmy: Uh, you’re starting with that? Jesus. Short answer is, “I’m not telling you.” Demons use shit like that lady.
OOOkaaay. Well, then, what is it like to be an exorcist?
Jimmy: Now, that’s something I can answer. It’s hard. You don’t get a lot of sleep. I guess, in a way, it’s kind of like being a combat soldier. Your job can kill you and the things that are routinely after you try their damndest to make sure you don’t live to see tomorrow.
That must be very hard on your family.
Jimmy: Well, it is and it isn’t. My fiancé assists me, so she’s knee deep in the whole thing too.
Besides fighting demons, what do you do in your spare time?
Jimmy: I read. Watch some TV. That sort of thing.
Is there something that people should know about the demonic?
Jimmy: That no matter what popular romance novels say, demons aren’t something to mess with. These are the big scaly bad dudes that will do anything to take your soul. Killing you is nothing to them.
What can we do to protect ourselves?
Jimmy: Be mindful of the supernatural. Don’t mess with Ouija boards. Stay away from evil people. But, I hate to tell you, sometimes, none of those things are enough. You can be the most innocent person in the world, and the demonic can attack you.
Well, that’s a happy thought. What’s your favorite food?
Jimmy: Probably, Chicken paprikash. That or my fiancé, Tabby’s chili
You said that Tabby assists you, was it difficult for her to adjust to the reality of the supernatural in her life?
Jimmy: Hell, she was the one who originally got me involved. She’s a witch after all.
Wait. You’re an exorcist and your fiancé is a witch?
Jimmy: Yep. We’re kind of unique.
I’ll say. Have you started planning your wedding yet?
Jimmy: Who has time?
